Portraits

These works are a collection of portraits where Emily experiments with studio lighting techniques. While a combination of Fine Art and Family Portraiture, Emily believes that capturing a portrait correctly can temporarily freeze a subject in their current state of being. Their thoughts, emotions, and their physical state, however evolving in real life, are captured and frozen in time almost creating a physical representation of the subjects soul.
