Biography

From a young age I have shown interest in the creative side of life. It was not until recently that I discovered my passion for photography with the opportunities presented to me while being a student in the University of Cincinnati's BFA program. I strive to capture the world from my own perspective while tackling important social issues and my own personal experiences. Although my passion is fine art photography, I also like to make commercial and ad photography. My favorite part of photography is being able to communicate to my audience while still allowing them to make their own connections. To me, a picture truly is worth more than 1,000 words. If I were to have one goal from my time here on earth, it would be to reach someone, anyone, in a way that they don't always get to experience. I want to make people feel like there is someone out there who understands what they are going through. Photography has given me a new voice and I hope to reach as many people as possible so I can encourage others to use their voice too.
